"Good hotel conveniently placed int he centre of town could do with some renovations to the rooms"

"Overall a good stay. I had a superior room which was very big with a large bathroom with both a bath and a stand alone shower. Very quiet though it was totally off season. Tv was very new and a good size. My only negative was the mattress in the bed was absolutely terrible sagging in the middle it was that old. Someone badly needs to address this."

"The room was just as shown on the photos. I had seen some negative reviews so had some apprehension, but there were no problems on our visit. Comfortable beds, hot water, good heating, reasonable carpet; 24/7 Asda shop and other facilities at the service station. No fridge or cooking facilities, but I took a microwave and had no problems. Overall the property seems to have some maintenance issues with various buckets strategically placed to catch drips in the foyer and one corridor: but...
