"Felt a little like a second class citizen due to traveling with our dog. They only offer "certain rooms" to guests with a dog. The beds were comfortable, but the rooms were dated. (Maybe just the "pet rooms" are dated, though?) Breakfast was good. They are prepared for crowds with 3 waffle makers, and that was a plus."

"The refrigerator was rocking. There was no coffee creamers and sugar in the room to have a cup of coffee. The stopper in the sink was broken and you couldn't get it out."

"they had helpful staff, the place was clean and they have happy hour in the evening with free drinks and food, the free breakfast is awesome, they are close to walking distance to a target and whole foods, this is a prime spot for everything, there is even a bonefish grill in the same corner of the hotel,literally steps from the lobby."

"This was my first stay at a Hyatt Place but not Hyatt chain. I did like that I was able to order something to eat after 8 pm which is not always possible with most hotels. Also, the complimentary breakfast was very good and the front desk staff was super friendly. While Hyatt Place might cost a little more than your typical budget friendly hotel, it is definitely worth the price."

"The Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Brentwood was built around 2020 so is a new hotel. The rooms are large and decorated in a clean, modern style which I like. The walk in shower is well designed with the controls far enough away from the shower head that I could select the water temperature I wanted before stepping under the shower head. "The room was just fine, the only disappointing part was how dead the welcome was by the clear Q check us in. It was very mechanical and had no personality We miss the kickback cocktail time and she suggested we go out the back door to the restaurant next-door but when we went out the back door, the sidewalk has been plowed to the edge. The driveway is plowed, but there’s a 3 foot wall snow in between yet climb over to get there Not very good planning on maintenance side. Breakfast was great."
