"When we got to our room the sliding door to the bathroom was very hard to push open. We talked to the front desk and the Maintenance Man came up within 10 minutes to fix it, and it worked from then on. The problem was that were no amenities in our room, i.e. ice bucket or glasses or TV menu."

"We would definitely stay here again! The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It's near the freeway, so there's noise from cars, but for some, that helps them sleep. It didn't bother us. The workout room is great! Breakfast was great. We drove the barely 1 mile drive to Historic St Charles. It was a great stay!"
