"Very nice comfortable hotel with indoor pool. We did have an issue at check in with our room, but it was resolved immediately, by the night clerk Josh in a professional timely manner, great customer service . We felt we were in a safe area and the Pancake House was within walking distance. The hotel was clean and quiet. Yes, this hotel will be my home away from home when I visit the STL area in the future. Thanks Hotel.com "

"We had to request two towels because our room only had one. I liked the new remodeling, it has both a refrigerator and a microwave. I have found many hotels don’t have either. The breakfast on Sunday 8 - 10. We were running late to breakfast got there at 10, yet they refilled all the hot items. Very thankful. "

"Room was good size, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was hot & delicious and staff very friendly. Room looked a bit run down, some holes in wall, bathroom door was chipped & decor was outdated. We were told the bathroom was supposed to have shower bench but my daughter who utilizes a wheelchair, didn't shower so it wasn't a big deal. Served it's purpose & was a decent price so happy with our stay."

"Only stayed for 1 night. If you're not looking for fancy, this is fine. The motel overall has a lot of repairs "in progress". Set up is a little weird, like it's been added on to over the years. LOTS of amenities close (food, gas, shopping)."
