"Unfortunately the people in the next room decided to have a very noisy conversations with numerous phone calls - Dom Joly style - for about three hours until gone midnight. We could hear every word… Mentioned it to the receptionist and she really could not have been more understanding and helpful and would have changed rooms for us if requested - will bear that in mind next time, but when you’re already in bed, not something you would think of doing especially when you think the folks next door...
