"This hotel is one we've been to 3 times now. I have a bit of a mixed review. The room was lovely, clean, good quality towels/bedding and very comfortable. We felt a little bit cold despite the radiator being on 5, so I asked the lovely lady on morning reception for some extra blankets. She said she'd get on to this. "Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. It was cold, no curtains, and couldn't figure out the heating but the bed was warm and that was all I cared about! Shower okay in the morning, Job done. Thanks."

"This was a very fun and historic hotel. It had a lovely bar and restaurant. It is close to mass transit and we were able to walk to the train station. Go visit the castle, there is a lot of history in there. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms were great. We were able to walk to food and drinks. "

"The staff were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the lead for the kettle could only b plugged in if you took the plug out of the tv. But I believe they r addressing this. Also I couldn’t get terrestrial tv, but that was possibly me. I had to go through apps. The bed was really comfy and the room was what ever temperature you wanted it to be. I would stay again. Although it might b good if they get slow closing doors, as you do hear your neighbors "

"The property was excellent in many ways , the highlight was the young lady receptionist whom we think was quite new , went put of her way to accommodate our needs as im partially disabled with mobility after a stroke , this is our 2nd /3rd time of staying here , The downside was the breakfast, not sure were to start the waitress never took correct details & it meant my wife & I ate at different intervals , etc etc , & We all know what makes a great breakfast yip you got it , nope not here ,...
