"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. There were dirty dishes, no soap or trash bags, and only 2 towels when we checked in. We contacted the property. They apologized for “the mistake” but never came by to fix anything. I have...

"The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. "We chose this apartment because of the proximity to the Stansted airport, but being so close to the train station was a bonus. "Just the perfect stay for our family! We loved the patio for the kids to play in and had a wonderful stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable. There's a great pub next door that serves Italian food and has a great yard and play structure for the kids. We also visited the Audley End House and Audley Miniature Railway and Fairy Walk while we were there and it was a perfect combination for a little getaway. We would definitely come back! "

"We found 1 of the bedrooms had a half eaten chocolate bar on the floor and a bin that had rubbish in it on arrival. We were provided with 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels in total for 4 adults staying for 2 nights - when I phoned about this the next morning as we didn’t have sufficient towels we were told they didn’t realise there were 4 of us even though it was clearly booked for 4 "
