"Nice boutique feel to the hotel. Overall decor was good, a few tired elements let it down like the iron burn on the carpet and the bathroom flooring. Staff very very friendly. Everywhere was very clean. Good spot to stay to access the city centre."

Some staff better than others, for example, our cleaning lady (who gave us a great laugh with her towel art!) and Tom at reception who rectified a problem with the heating for us very quickly.
