"The location was fantastic, especially if you took a train to Stirling, like I did. It was only about two blocks away. Restaurants were all around, within easy walking distance of the castle. The bed was comfortable and clean. They provided excellent tea and little goodies as well. Everything was great except the bathtub had a lot of black soap scum and even some hair at the far end. Luckily, I keep Clorox wipes with me; I cleaned the tub when I noticed it, as it was after hours and no one was...

"Yet another lovely couple of days at The Murraypark. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely room with great views of Crieff. We ate dinner in the bar because we had our dog with us but it was so cosy and the menu is the same as the restaurant. The food was all delicious! The cooked breakfast is one of the best we’ve had. We are already planning our return trip. "

"Excellent staff, great food, comfortable bed, excellent biscuits etc , quiet. Decent sized bathroom, floor could have been mopped more thoroughly. For a long stay a wardrobe rather than the wall mounted hanging would be required but perfectly OK for a few days."

"We have stayed in most hotels in the area, and this is the nicest. Lovely room with great views and everything you could need, including little touches like complimentary snacks. Nice breakfast pack included but we also had a cooked breakfast which is charged extra and was tasty. Very clean and friendly staff. It is a touch noisy as it’s over the bar, but this didn’t bother us. "
