"Thornhill Lodge was perfect for our family of 7 as a home base for exploration of the area. The house was spacious and comfortable and Ross was attentive to any problems/questions we had. Everyone having their own en suite bathroom was a great plus. The Lion and Unicorn right down the street and the small store directly across the street were a pleasant addition to our visit. "

"Lynn’s home was perfect for our stay! We travelled to settle our eldest daughter into the University of Stirling, which happens to be only minutes away! All the amenities you will need. Walking distance to pub, shopping and restaurants. Very clean and spacious. Only feedback is that the driveway was a little tight. "

"What can we say ? An absolute find of a place ! Amazing weekend away with friends and this beautiful house absolutely made it. Place was so clean for us arriving, amazingly comfy beds and all facilities just perfect. The hot tub is a fab addition - a few of us were hardly out of it. Cannot recommend enough x "

"I can’t put into words how stunning this place is! The host had the place all decorated for Christmas since we were there for the festivities which was great as we had a little one with us. The house is very spacious and was spotless! Only bit of feedback I have is that the kitchen utensils could be doing with an update. I was cooking christmas dinner which was a bit harder as there was no working potato peeler and there was not a small knife to use, only large ones. There was also no whisk but...

"The property comfortably slept all 10 adults & 4 children to help celebrate my 60th birthday. The weather wasn’t great but there was still plenty of things to do / games to play in the house, with enough space so as not to feel cramped. Very comfortable house."

"Host Matt was very accommodating, place was very comfortable, clean. We stayed nine days and travelled in every direction from there. Close to town for groceries. Was really nice to be able to come “home” every evening and relax…and Matt checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Jenny, Tom, Frank and Nancy"
