The staff were very gracious and accommodating, we received a new room within 30 mins and were able to hand back our old room key after we settled into the new...

"The hotel is situated on the Manly beach front and very conveniently located for shopping and eateries. Our room was clean but very small. The hotel had extremely noisy parties with loud bands playing on Saturday night until 3am making it impossible to get to sleep. "
