"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. "A great stay! Our room was very good for our needs, plenty of charging and power points for our devices, there is Netflix, food at the buffet was very tasty and substantial. The place is clean, organised and very walkable to most of the events during the Snow Festival. It is also handy to the airport bus so all in all a great place to base ourselves in Sapporo. They even gave us fresh towels each day when we opted for no cleaning service. On the last night we didn't use all of the towels to save water.
