"Proximity to the airport was great. Room was clean and all basic necessary items were readily available in the room. Can be noisy whenever someone's walking in the hallway though. And we couldn't get service to carry our luggage to the second floor."

"Front desk staff were fantastic- welcoming and helpful providing early access to the room. The hotel is less than 10 years old, the room was very clean, comfortable and offered great amenities.. The bed, linens and pillows in particular, were very comfortable . The location is fantastic- in a very safe area with access to many restaurants, shops, areas of interest and within easy walking distance of both the Robben Island ferry as well as the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was very central, the market was right next door, view from room. Bathroom very small, but hotel was good overall. A fridge would have been nice.. Breakfast excellent but DON'T have dinner in the hotel restaurant. Very little choice and what we had was awful. Tasteless and cold. The chef could not have cared less when we complained.The staff were helpful and friendly and parking outside, taken care of."
