"The staff was very personable and took the extra step to address any issue we had. For example, the hotel room furnace was quite loud, so we had to move three times to find a room that was quiet. The staff was very accommodating. Apart from that, we loved the walkable location to Inner Harbor, the hotel was converted from a historical bank and has a safe in the basement (this should be mentioned upon arrival - Marriott should also spring for a plaque that highlights the hotel (and street)...
