"What a great place to stay , slightly quirky , we had a standard room and it beats the local Travel Tavern by miles. Great looking pub downstairs ( we were on the second floor) and the breakfast was excellent . Staff were routinely friendly , very polite and very helpful. "

"I required a hotel near to Cheam & this was located well The reviews didn't seem very good but I had a single room which was clean, comfortable & had everything I needed The bathroom was clean & the shower was very good. The staff were really helpful & when I requested an iron to go with the board, it was supplied. I would re-book for any further short stays for convenience & price. "
