House is on quiet estate, not that far to walk down to the shops etc on the Street. Coffee stand 5 minutes away. "

"We stayed at the Pool House only last week, and had a lovely time. There were 3 reasonably sized double bedrooms all with en-suite which was a real plus. The pool was large and well-used over the week! It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, yet within a 200 yard walk, you were in the town of Petworth. "Very clean it was spotless. Not the most luxurious place but ideal for a night or two to visit Worthing, in a great location. One of the blinds was broken and not the best blinds to block out sunlight very bright in the twin rooms. The front door lock needs looking at as wouldn't always unlock the latch at the top. No netflix set up and it said it would be in the information booklet. Garden average more effort could be made to make it a nicer area. No childrens books or toys which is always...
