I understand the extra charge, but it shouldhave been listed as such. Also, no hot water at all, so glad I didn't stay longer. Hopefully they have that fixed."

"We were stranded in KC due to a blizzard on 1/5/25 and in desperation to find a hotel, we found the Hilton Kansas City Airport. The hotel was rather short staffed due to the weather but they handled the situation extremely well. Some of the staff were working 20 hour shifts. They were overworked, and short on resources but they took great care of us nonetheless.
