"I love my visits to The Thatchers have been using this hotel pre-covid and missed it whilst it was closed This hotel is close to RHS Wisley The staff are welcoming, food is very good although a little limited. Cant fault the way the food is presented and is lovely and hot. Well done to all the staff."

"Overall a good experience. My 3rd floor bedroom was very cold despite the provision of a small portable electric radiator which was ineffective and probably expensive to run. This differs to my travelling partner’s experience who said his was too hot. Other than that the hotel is finecc bc and I would use it again."

"Excellent 2 night stay at this hotel! Staff were really friendly and helpful, reception helped with our shower pressure problem, and Andy arrived so quickly to sort it out. The next day we came back to new taps and wonderful shower pressure! Thanks Andy! Room was clean, really big and comfortable. Good food and service in the restaurant, good secure parking. This hotel was really good value for the price."

"Excellent location for the castle, town centre and LegoLand! Easy parking - although you do have to pay £15 for this. The room was bigger than I expected and so clean! The bathroom had a double shower. The breakfast was a grab bag due to renovations but the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was perfect in there. We did bring our own weetabix and milk etc for our toddler. The only thing that let it down was how uncomfortable the bed was - pillows and mattress were just too hard...

"Just returned from a 2 day stay to celebrate an anniversary and have to say it was a lovely hotel. The building and gardens were beautiful and well kept even boasting a small stream! Room was very comfortable and clean as were the restaurant and spa area. Would like to give a mention to Tracy, the restaurant manager and Poppy the waitress. They made sure we were looked after very well and made out stay even more enjoyable. We will be returning."
