Our room was on the 4th floor with a beautiful view over the river it was clean, with comfortable twin beds spacuios suiting our needs, I particularly appreciated the hand rail in the shower cabinet because it isnt something I find often in other hotels. "Staff at this hotel are excellent. We checked into our room to find the bed messy/slept in & towels on the floor of the bathroom. Clearly the room wasn’t ready for us! We were moved to another room which was ok but needed some attention! Bathroom mirror was filthy, floor dirty but we did have a clean, freshly made bed! "
