"Fantastic property walking distance from historic center of Sintra. One of the three properties to have a free parking lot. Additionally, service of Paul and others during my stay makes it highly recommended. Again this is an old manor, so expect few glitches with doors etc. But very comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere. "

"A generally good hotel with good rooms, excellent buffet breakfast, nice small pool and well located for the touristy places around the area. Service could be a little bit better; I email them twice before arriving to ask whether there was a kettle in the room and never got a reply and trying to get a refund for unused services was made much more complicated and stressful than it may have been. That aside it was a pretty good stay. "

"Villa Bela Vista was amazing and probably our favorite hotel on our Portugal trip. The room was exactly as advertised. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our time here. The view, service, and amenities were all great. We loved being able to just have breakfast here in the morning and thought it was a good spread each day with slight changes every day. "Great for a short stay. They give ear buds for a reason it is very loud until about 2a.m. And you can hear the street being cleaned at 6a.m. The room could use a fridge or kettle since most places open after 8a.m. Overall, clean, spacious and excellent location."

The only thing that bothered us was the noice coming form some other business the first night, a Saturday night and it was hard to sleep but they even communicated that they would talk to them when we mentioned it. They kept the room super clean, they accommodated us and our baby by letting us move a few things around and fixed an issue with the bathroom door quickly.
