"The overall experience was very good, the only inconvenience is that the hotel is located very close to a station where we didn’t feel very safe, in special at night."

"The check in was horrible. We waited for 2 hrs at the lobby and the 2 receptionists were busy chatting and didn’t come and inform us that our room was ready. We asked them twice if the room was ready and they said it’s not 3pm yet while they checked in other people. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the lobby smelled like sewage and rooms didn’t have air condition. "

"Check in was quick and efficient and room was spotless. Everything worked well including the wifi and shower. Breakfast buffet was really good and the hotel is really close to Rogier metro station and other attractions."
