"The property is a low cost airport hotel. It was fine for the purpose of an early morning flight. The room we stayed in needed some repairs. The sink was dripping, the shower head kept falling out of its wall mount and the room we reserved was not available and the cleaning staff was blamed for the lack of availability. The staff were nice. The neighborhood wasn't nice, but wasn't dangerous. "

"Wonderful staff allowed us to check out bags at the hotel early to explore the city while we waited to check in. Rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was very well maintained. Hotel is connected to the city center through both tram and train lines, and we were able get between the city center and the hotel multiple times a day to rest and change. Breakfast was filling and well done. Will absolutely consider staying again if visiting Zürich."

"Perfect location when travelling by train - a couple of minutes walk from the station. The room was so cosy, comfortable and quiet. They have a pillow menu to help you get the perfect sleep. The bedding was top quality and we probably had the best night sleep of our 3 country adventure. The man on reception was really helpful and happy to help. He booked us our 03.00 taxi to the airport and it was there. We only had two nights in Switzerland but will be back - the people are amazing, the food...
