"A great apartment for exploring Zurich. Travel around the city is super easy, a short walk to buses and trains. Only downside was the noise from the trains when the window was open but then it is a balance with the plus of having them close by. The apartment itself is lovely and has everything you need. The communication with the host was great. Our door lock was low and battery and they attended to it very quickly! "

"Gute, saubere und unkomplizierte Unterkunft. Self Check-In war sehr einfach. Zimmernummer war sehr kurz auf dem Bildschirm sichtbar, ist aber auch auf dem Beleg vorhanden, der nach dem Self Check-In per E-mail gesendet wurde. Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Nachttische neben dem Bett wären geeignet. Kommunikation mit dem Team per E-Mail sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft für Kurzaufenthalte."

"The location is around 10-15 mins walking distance from Zurich main station. There is no reception in this hotel, self check in service is provided, it is smooth. There is no lift for this 4 storeys building, but luggage lift is provided. It is pity, I didn't notice that after I pick up luggage to the 4th floor. However, I can make it when check-out. "We were very happy with this hotel. It was a nice surprise. I loved the cleanliness and parking. The little extras were very nice as well. Water, tea, and fruit plus a few toiletries. After traveling all day this was a nice comfortable place to rest. We came in Oct. and the temp in the room was pleasant. "

"Chick in must be at 3 pm. The owner told us that the room is not ready..and it will be ready at 5 pm So we waited till 5 pm. The other thing ...he got 202 CHF instead of 192 CHF "

"Our room was extremely clean and just what we needed. The hotel is located around 5-10min walk from the town centre and station. It is not really a hotel but a collection of rooms within what appeared to be a residential building but it was all very clean, efficient and modern. We would happily stay here again."

"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi.
