"Stay was great. Service and staff was good. Hotel grounds was always clean and maintained. The beach was nice. Reserving dinners at the restaurants was not good. Always booked up and can only reserve a day at a time. We got very late reservations and could not get one of the restaurants at all. Food was good, but not the best. Overall good stay. Great for kids/family."

It was also drinkable, which was important to us because we don’t like bottled water. We walked everywhere and only took a taxi once because I didn’t want to schlep a case of beer and other heavy items from the Chedraui.
