"I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The property manager is an absolute gem, he helped with everything. Carried my bags, held my bags after checkout, returned something left in the room, flagged taxis from the main road, gave great directions on where to find things, offered me his own sunscreen, etc. This place is not the most fully featured hotel in Puerto Ayora (no pool for example) but for the price, I don’t think it can be beat. Shower, AC all worked great, balcony to watch the sun set, breakfast next door included was great, bed is absolutely massive. Would stay here again for sure."

"Family owned property. They asked about my arrival time and were ready to welcome me when I arrived with tea and warm towels to refresh. The rooms were extra large and very clean. The owners made create recommendations and things to do in the area and helped book and negotiate tours for me. VERY HELPFUL"

"More hostel than hotel, but therein lies the charm. The location is a short walk to everything. The complimentary breakfast is like being at a family members house when they make breakfast for you as a guest. You get what they serve you, but delicious. The staff desires you to be happy above all else. From what I could tell there were two women that did everything, but with a smile and always checking in with to make sure you were satisfied. For the price, it’s excellent! The rooster made sure you were up on time for your tour everyday! "
