"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."

I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped.
