"The hotel is family run and this is reflected by the staff who were very friendly throughout our 4 night stay. In house carvery and restaurant was good for an excellent meal. Also excellent breakfasts. The hotel is in walking distance from the city centre but there are also regular buses. The property is kept very clean and our room had a huge comfortable bed. The hotel was ideal for our short stay. I would chose to stay there again if I visit the area."

"Better than expected for a cheap and cheerful overnight stay, very pleased overall with this Holiday Inn. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. They even called a week ahead to inform us about limited parking to be expected due to boxing match on their premises, so we we sure to arrive earlish. "

Able to open the window for fresh country air all night. Ample parking. Great restaurant and bar. Staff (front of house) and restaurant were welcoming and friendly."
