We got upgraded from a very nice room at the Brunswick (our original reservation in Room 9), to the beautiful suite at their sister property, Union Gables, in the Henry suite. "We stayed Christmas Eve into Christmas day. The Mansion is lovely and well kept. It was very quiet and secure. The room was beautiful. Loved the fireplace. Chad was extremely helpful over the phone and made us a delicious Christmas morning breakfast. Matt welcomed us and brought us to our room. Both Chad and Matt were very friendly and helpful. Had a great dinner in town on Christmas Eve. Would like to make this an annual tradition!"
