As a Wyndham Card Holder I really expected to see an up to date and clean environment - unfortunately, both rooms were unclean, the linen dirty, people hanging out on the walkways, overall, it had the feel of a "no-tell motel". Damages to the room (punched in door to the bathroom) broken air conditioning unit. Unfortunate odor to the rooms, just "dank" overall. Overall, an unsafe feeling - little to no lighting on the walkways, people milling about on the steps. We stated that we couldn't stay because of these reasons to the staff, who simply looked at us, shook his head as he agreed with our assessment as he handed me the card for the manager Paul Patel. I expected that Paul would call me as this isn't an ok situation. We had to find other arraignments and at midnight this was difficult to do. I do expect to be credited the amount paid.
