"Excellent location directly opposite the main train station. All major attractions are walkable. All staff were pleasant and efficient. Tea & coffee making and biscuits were great. A modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. Howe er the bed was a double bed with an uncomfortable old fashioned mattress. The restaurant was limited in its ability to handle all residents staying at the hotel. For example registering at 3 pm resulted in breakfast the following day being already booked out. Going...

"Excellent quality room and bathroom. Very good water pressure for the shower. Good quality breakfast too. I was able to park easily on a day that wasn’t busy. The road near the hotel also has free parking after 6pm until 8am if needed. "

"Great breakfast and bar service, There was a flashing light on fire alarm in the ceiling above the bed, this could do with changing. The moving wrap around advert in the bar and restaurant isn’t nice at all and ruins the environment. The staff were lovely and it wasn’t clear that the parking would be an additional cost. "

The Estrella was served at the perfect temperature 👍 the room was lovely and clean and the jelly babies were a fantastic treat 👍 only gripe was I couldn’t regulate the radiator which was on all night - the sash window came to the rescue and a cool breeze was present all night.
