"We got upgrade for a bigger room, the room was the biggest we ever had. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but it was ok for staying there. They come to clean everyday and change towels and all the staff is really nice they helped us with the laundry and information. The area thought is a little bit dead not a lot of stuff open. "

The staff on the cruise are very welcoming and provide a professional service, Candy who was our waitress for all our meals was exceptional. "Is a great experience to have a family’s trip together. Was really a good family bounding especially with my daughter during the kayaking activity. Itinerary was well organised by our tour guide ( Tony) and his crews. Would highly recommend to first timer to Halong Bay. My only negative comments to management would be crews member smoking at the deck after work. Me and family member was supposed to have a very good chat and decided to go to the room because really can’t tolerate the smoking...

"The room was spacious and clean. I get the feeling this was once a beautiful hotel but is now dated and showing signs of neglect. The shower is a poor design that floods the bathroom. The cold water quit and we couldn’t flush the toilet. No restaurant. The staff were very nice. The price was reasonable. "
