"Cleanliness of room was good to begin with but unfortunately the daily cleaning of the room wasn’t up to standard. No toilet brush was provided - not normally an issue if the bathroom is cleaned every day. It wasn’t. Bed wasn’t properly made - the duvet was just tucked in but sheets not straightened and floors not vacuumed. "We chose this place because it was close to the City of Bath - but not in the City, and its on the River. It's a beautiful spot, the Old Mill waterwheel still runs, it's super peaceful. There is a restaurant, the food and service were great - even though the Chef only started a week ago. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Highly recommend the Old Mill Hotel in Bath."
