"Just incredible from start to finish. We arrived, stressed, emotional, tired and hungry. The delightful Remy on the front desk greeted us and took care of us in a way that I am not sure I have ever experienced at a hotel before. I have stayed here a few times over the years and it never disappoints but this was just an exceptional stay. I couldn’t be any more grateful. "

"Booked in here after a bad stay at another hotel (where we checked out early) and it was fantastic. The reception team were amazing and said we could have our room at 12pm which was 3 hours before scheduled check in. We actually got a room we didn’t like at first and they swapped it instantly no problems asked. We had a check in call a few hours after checking in and the breakfast team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. This is a dog friendly hotel and our doggos had a lovely relaxing stay. We always stay regularly with marriot so have come to expect this type of great service. Will be back very soon!"

"The room, large and clean with comfortable bed, nice clean bathroom. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was good, breakfast cooked to order and lots of choice. The location of the Hotel is great for Shaftesbury town, a 12 minute walk takes you to the centre. We really liked it. We didn’t use the pool but it looks nice, although it seemed to be constantly used by locals mainly. Overall very happy "
