"From the start it was 5 star quality customer service. They let us check in early and drop our luggage in the room so we could enjoy our day. The room was very clean. We used the provided house slippers and enjoyed the complimentary water and made tea using the kettle and tea bag provided. The concierge was very helpful. "I don’t usually share reviews, but this hotel was extremely nice.receptionist service was phenomenal the way they took care of the rooms when we were gone was spotless. The hotel stay was beautiful. We did have a little problem with the door lock at one point but the receptionist helped us a lot and quickly found a solution. "Really spacious hotel room with new facilities. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was great albeit a bit small and there were large and quality towels provided. All the staff from the receptionists to the housekeepers and breakfast staff were lovely. Standard Italian breakfast was good but no variety day to day except for the cakes. Excellent location as well, walking distance to everything including bus stops. Good soundproofing so it wasn't too loud despite being in a busy alley....
