"A lovely property with helpful staff. Clean rooms and a good range of food for the continental breakfast buffet though the hot food selection is quite limited. The hotel is well situated to walk to the main tourist attractions within about 25 mins. "

"We liked the Klassic. Our room had a funny noise and my husband thought it came from the air vent. We didn’t think we could sleep through it. Hubby talked to the front desk and they switched us to a better room. Very nice rooms and front desk staff was great! We would stay there again. "

"A good stay. Nice quite Hotel. Friendly and efficent staff. Getting older and could have done with a grab handle to get out of the shower which has a high step. Breakfast is adequate and well presented. "

"The hotel is a little hard to find because the sign is small but it is worth the search. Our room was huge and very clean. We would stay there again. Tip: There is not a 24 hour reception desk. Check your email for after hour check in directions. This wasn't a hardship or deterrent, just a head's up"

"My friends and I stayed in the 1st floor family room. The room was clean and the hotel was very close to the old town. The mattresses were on the softer side, which I didn't mind but some of my other friends were concerned about accidentally rolling off the bed. Our one complaint was that the internet was spotty at best in our room, but it wasn't too much of a problem since we were out during most of the day."

"Excellent stay. It's slightly away from the cmvery centre but just 2 minfrom the tram station. He room is big and clean, bed comfortable, shower strong. Very quiet too. Very happy with the stay and will be my choice to stay next time to Berlin. "
