"Room was comfortable but refrigerator did not work we hen we arrived because it was frozen up. When I called about it, they said nothing could be done until the next morning. They said we could put food in their fridge until it could be fixed but it was needed close at hand for feeding a baby. I had also brought breakfast foods with us which needed refrigeration. When we arrived there was a sign that the pool was not working. The pool was one of the reasons we chose that hotel. There was...

"We almost always stay at this property when we visit Louisville. The only negative of our stay was that they took the body wash out of the shower when cleaning and didn't put a new one in. Otherwise....all good!"

"We were late arriving but I had called and they make arrangements on how to get the key. We were absolutely intrigued with the hotel and it's history. It was clean, comfortable, and entertaining. We will for sure tell our friends to come and visit. "

"This is a very nice hotel. Quite new, and well appointed. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, and their showers are always good. Only issues were that it is right near the airport, so there is some aircraft noise, and there are no restaurants or food option nearby. Otherwise it is a great hotel."

"Nice renovated rooms with the softest bedding I've ever had. Staff is kind, breakfast is good, the 1 minute automatic pancake machine made it wonderful and fun."
