I reserved a room with a Jacuzzi. I paid the extra money and even for the Guarantee thing and they didn’t give me money. I would take the key on your site and I went down and asked Pills and he looked at me like Small so yeah wasting my time at the counter for 30 minutes to argue with me about their own such crazy.

We were traveling with our dog , so we needed a pet friendly hotel. The floors were sticky , towels were stained and bathrooms tub and floor had hair.

The pool needed to be cleaned better. The breakfast wasn't that great either it could have great variety for a higher end hotel l have to say it was very quiet and the beds where quite comfortable.

The check in was easy but we couldn’t check into our room yet because they didn’t have any rooms clean at 1 pm. The room was clean, wonderful water pressure in the shower. Overall good experience.

The front desk manager was amazing at solving our reservation issues. The rooms were good, the bathrooms could be cleaner, the mattress was way too firm for everyone in my group, and bring an extra pillow.
