Not recommended.
The staff were great. The room was a disaster. Broken flooring, holes in the bedding, a not-so-clean bathroom. Probably the worst room I've ever stayed in. I would not recommend.

Extremely low to no water pressure, bathroom is a little rough shape and the floors could use a good cleaning or even just a wipe down. (Avoid white socks - they’ll be black)

The exterior walkways smelled like trash and marijuana. There were cigarette butts all over the stairs. The room’s light fixtures needed new light bulbs. The sink was dirty and cracked. The bath tub had peeling paint. The bathroom door frame had been repaired from being kicked open at some point. The wall molding had nails sticking out.

Not a good STOP
was not a very clean hotel. a very dirty part of town. Motel was very dated with no new improvements in the furniture. Dirty chairs outside was not clean garbage laying around all over in the parking lot.

The front desk smelled horrible with smoke smell, the lady was rude. She said that they have no rooms available and ended up providing a room that was in terrible condition with flies in the bathroom. I told the front desk that I would not stay in such condition, she told me that she cancelled the reservation.

Someone tried to break into my room and the lady working at the front desk said she couldn't help me and that I needed to call the cops and it wasn't her problem.

The photos provided, in my opinion, were deceitful. The rooms looked bigger in the photos. The hotel was less clean than I anticipated. We had trouble closing the front door and the bathroom door. Even though there was no smoking allowed, the covers did smell of smoke residue. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was hair, along with fuzzies in the covers. The staff on the other hand were very nice and friendly.

Please refrain from booking here… this property was unsafe. Sketchy characters live and surround the grounds. No amenities. Gym is less than desirable. Room was filthy. We paid $390 a night due to the Kentucky Derby- next year we would rather camp at a KOA park rather than stay here.
