"The property is very unique. It fit our needs but the listing and pictures are unrealistic. The apartment is very small and the one shower is appropriate for a small child otherwise an adult can’t use it. Our son had to use it on his hands and knees. Glad we were physically fit because The stairs are very steep and not safe for a person with disabilities or the ederly. "

"Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again."
