"I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in London. It's perfectly situated close to a metro station, making it easy to access all of London's famous attractions. Two grocery stores are within a one-minute walk, and the area is safe with plenty of restaurants. The owner responds quickly and resolves issues efficiently. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary kitchen supplies. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!"

"Apartment was completely falling apart, tiles falling off the walls, stains on the walls, all fixings damaged and badly presented. Also the shower didn't work at all and no toilet paper provided. I wouldn't wish the place on my worst enemy."

"Spacious apartment with plenty of room for two couples. The area is close to multiple groceries, and the underground and bus. However, the unit is not well maintained. Mold in the bathroom, random holes and dings everywhere, the beds are half collapsed/creaky. Would recommend for a few days but the apartment needs a thorough cleaning and refurbishing. "

"We have not enjoyed our stay, tv channels would not tune in. WiFi would not work. Only 3 lumpy pillows for 4 family members. Sofa bed so hard it was almost a possible to sleep on. Bugs found crawling around. Dirty stains on sofa bed. Apartment looks very tired. Marks stained table top. Dirty dusty iron. Holes in bathroom wall, filled with toilet paper. Stayed up trying to secure better accommodation. Found a travel lodge, booked it and vacated straight away. We informed the host and he hasn’t...

"Good location and lots of space. The appliances were an issue. The toaster only half worked, hot water runs out quickly, the oven was very hard to use with no manual, the battery’s in one of the tv remotes was flat and the smoke defector’s battery went flat in the middle of the night and kept us awake. I managed to pull it down so we could get back to sleep. I discovered the battery was 3 years old. It should be replaced every year!"

"Had a little trouble locating it with Google's directions but the pictures from the listing helped. Footsteps and noises from neighbors were easily heard but thankfully the times weren't too late. The sliding shower door is miss and you had to know how to latch and lock the types of doors in the flat, but otherwise it was a nice place. "

"閑静な住宅街です。地下1階のような場所です。照明の電気が切れていたりトイレットペーパーが２名で４泊するのに二つしかなかったり（買い物に時間取られる）とどうしてもホテルと比べると不便さは出ます。無人チェックインなのでIDの提出など全てオンラインで、鍵の受け渡し方法も大変です。一つの経験として受け止めてはいますが、特におすすめはしません。値段もこれくらいのホテルは探せばあるでしょうし、ただの旅行でやや高圧的に感じるやり取りに辟易しました。（私らの質問には答えないor返事が遅い、それなのに鍵やお金のことだけ鬼のようにメールが送信されてくるなど。こちらも移動や観光で忙しいにも関わらず）小さい子供連れの家族には家のように落ち着けて良いのかもしれません。キッチン付きなのは良いです。外食よりは食費が下げられてややヘルシーになるかもしれません。バストイレが一つなのは使いづらいです。"
