I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. "Nice place my only criticism is no soap provided in the shower and soap container at sink could not be moved. Also only one set of towels provided per person, which is not a problem, however nothing dried in the bathroom so towels had to be hung around the apartment to dry"
