"The property was well located with easy and good access to Aramante the Douro valley and Porto. The garden and house are secluded and the surrounding area of vineyards was very quiet and peaceful. The house was really well equipped and very nice with lots of hot water and towels for the pool. We enjoyed walking around the area and into Aramante along the new footpath next to the river. We had a really relaxing stay and would throughly recommend the house to people. "

"The house is located in a nice, quiet, neighborhood on a narrow cobblestone street. We spent most of our time on the patio which is beautifully landscaped with succulents and flowering plants. João, the host, was very quick to respond to any questions we had. You definitely need a car to get around. If you want a quiet getaway this is the place!"

"Fabulous home in a beautiful, serene valley. You will definitely feel the love when you arrive here. We were greeted by the whole family bearing, wine, charcuterie, and a pineapple upside down cake. It is always such an honor to stay in one of these family homesteads. Lots of space, beautiful décor, amazing landscaping and views of the village. "We had an amazing holiday here. The pool is huge and the gardens are beautiful with lots of shaded areas to sit and eat. Carmen was very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome and gave us all the privacy we needed - the perfect host.
