"This was a quaint little resort. When you drive up the building looks a little worn, but when you get to the lobby and beyond, everything is 1st rate. The room was a little tight for 4 people but everything was clean and modern. The property was very nice. Great pool and the beach was right there. "The hotel was in close proximity to almost everywhere we wanted to go. The price I paid at the time was reasonable so we were satisfied. The only thing that my room did not have was a phone to call reception which would have been inconvenient for me to be going up and down just to ask questions. "Great location to walk around Old San Juan. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially John, with sightseeing and travel tips. Hotel decor is amazing. Only downsides for us were the placement of the TV toward the bed instead of the sofa and not having a window. We would definitely stay there again but look for a room plan that provides those since both are important to us."

"The building was old, but that added to it's charm. Bathrooms were small, but clean and functional. Parking lot was gravel and 100 feet from the entrance. It was raining while we were there, so that was an issue. Overall it was comfortable, and close to eating and shopping. "
