You have to get into shower before you turn the water on. The shower head is not adjustable. You can hear upstairs noise and voices. Otherwise convenient and clean. "

"Exceeded expectations. A friend and I booked this for a one night stay and we’re very impressed. with the room. Checkin was seamless, the room was stunning, the bathroom was huge with all the .little extras in the room were appreciated. The kitchenette was well equipped, although we only used the corkscrew and two wine glasses. We bragged to people at the party we attended how amazing the space was. 5*, no complaints, would highly recommend. "

Customer service was not the greatest, although responsive via Whatsapp. I called to give one of the customer service some feedback on how my check-in could have been better and it felt as if I was talking to myself whereas if I was a business owner and someone gave me some feedback I would at least acknowledge it and ensure the customer feels heard - the rep just shifted blame onto Expedia. "Very nice area, unfortunately the AC was not working and with the heat wave warning what we heard from management is the AC usage have build ice around unit so it's not working, we bought fans as we don't have time to switch, the dish washer broken, the house was clean n ample space, safe n walk train along lake, good location, communication was bad, you text them n no response or they will get back by talking to management. no answer till u send another message.
