The room cleanliness, friendly staff, or great location for all daily activities i.e shopping, grocery, and wide range of different dining options was outstanding, and the cozy suite with all modern amenities and let's not forget their comfy cloud like bed, that just made our experience even better. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly welcomed. "We didn't get a key to our room we had to ask the front desk to use the universal key every time we went in and out. Our room was very dirty. Stained sheets, dirty floors, holes in the bathroom wall. Lightbulb out in bathroom. Tub was dirty. No garbage can. Ice bucket was dirty and when I went to get ice the ice had black specs in it. The parking lot was not plowed so it was almost impossible to get in and out of. Over all not happy with my stay. Wouldn't book again."
