"Good size carpark Check in at reception and all information is given. Rooms up a flight of stairs The room was an ok size as was the shower room. Bed is super comfortable Wifi is okish The shower was hot and powerful. Evening meal was excellent lots of choices and good value. Also have a planetarium! But it was £49 for a show and talk, shame no guest rates!! Would probably stay again when in the area. Location close to Hadrian's Wall and the once stood Sycamore Tree Gap!! Also has a brewery next...

"Overall we had a lovely stay at the Greenhill Hotel. The food was excellent and all the staff friendly; especially the lady serving breakfast who couldn’t do enough for us even when we came down to breakfast late on the last day! I do feel the room rate is a little high considering the bedroom furniture is looking a little tired and the cleanliness of the shower left a lot to be desired but this was pointed out and some money was knocked off our final bill. "I had a great stay,I booked the unit a day before my arrival and once booked I received all the check in info immediately, no key was needed all acess is through a keypad system which is nice.The unit was very spacious and cozy,I really liked the kitchen set-up,Carlisle is a wonderful city and fun to explore and the apartment was only a 5 minute walk to the train station."

"lovely helpful staff advised on parking. The room we were in needs TLC but after talking with the owner they are making steady progress upgrading the rooms. The bed was comfortable & the full english breakfast was very nice. "
