"I stayed at a Embassy Suites in another state the night before - and this Raleigh property was far inferior. For one, much of the staff didn't speak English. Second, the breakfast food was very bland. Third, the hotel did not have any foam pillows on hand. Fourth the fan in the room was loud and could not be turned off."

"The hotel is great and very convenient to everything (don’t need a car). It is next door to a great local bar that can get loud at night, but that’s part of the fun! Highly recommended!!!! Tons of restaurants around, Target a block away, for last minute items! Can’t beat it!!"

"The staff were working very hard and helpful but not given the right tools to make a difference. Ex. There were not enough plates and bowls for breakfast bar. They were washing them constantly so ppl could eat. The front desk did not have keys to pool area so when whoever locked the doors the guests were unable to use facility and the cleanup crew was unable to clean area and reload towels. "

"Overall stay was good. Spacious living area / kitchen. bedroom barely had any space between dresser and bed couldn’t open drawers all the way. Room could have been cleaner stains on shower curtain and hair in tub. Staff was friendly let me check in early. Incidental fee was pricey in my opinion i travel quite often and have never had to pay $250 in incidentals for a one night stay. "

"I would have rated this property a complete five stars, except I went down twice to request a rollaway bed. Second time I went down to request a rollaway bed we were heading to the pool when we got back from the pool there was no rollaway bed but somebody had Gone inside of our room and pulled the couch bed out. I was traveling with two children a boy and a girl that was part of our reservation also. I know how to use a fold-out couch I just did not want our children sleeping in the same bed."
