"I had 2 situations . My room wasn’t clean after I returned from the hospital. Trash and no towels. Hair was in my tub when I first checked in and I went and bought my own supplies and cleaned my tub.I did reached out to Miss Ray and she did give me towels. I truly appreciate her for helping me out. I will not let this discourage me from coming back. I definitely will be there very soon. Thx"

"We have stayed at this hotel a few different times. We have always had a great stay. It is very clean and staff is very helpful if there is any issue at all. Breakfast was good each day. The breakfast area was very neat and clean. The hotel is within 5 minutes of restaurants and shopping. We will stay there again I’m certain "

"Folks at check-in very friendly. Room was super clean. Plenty of exras...large containers of body soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Comfy bed and pillows. Blackout curtain was a plus. One negative...the bathroom sink doesn't drain well. I'll be staying here again in few weeks and looking forward to it!"
