"We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. "Though there’s a little wear and tear on the bedding doors and walls and some outlets don’t work and the theatre doesn’t work it was a great location extremely clean kim was wonderful and helpful and it had some nice touches and everything we needed "

"Stayed here for a family wedding. Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Nice back deck. Beds were comfortable. Playroom with air hockey, foozball, and four arcade games was great for the kids. Only real issue was the thermostat which kept resetting to a programmed temperature that was much too high. Otherwise, the place worked out well for our family."

"This was such a beautiful home to stay in in Cary! Well labeled cupboards around the kitchen / house that made it easy to find anything we needed, plenty of towels for a group stay, and easily accessible to great neighborhood food options. Our only wish was that check in and check out times were a little earlier/later. Favorite part of the house was definitely the gorgeous sunroom which was especially nice with fall foliage. "
