"My rating is not for my stay but for how they had an issue with my room. Before I arrived there was a plumbing issue in my room. When I arrived they had already found me an alternate place to stay, took care of my transfer, and made it the easiest check in possible - I am always impressed when a hotel responds professionally and quickly to an issue before the guest could even complain - well done"

Alessandro at the front desk was so incredibly helpful by providing information regarding the (very close) location of the tram and which stop to get off at (San Marco Square) to visit all of historic Florence by foot.
