"We had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the shower door leaked and had water everywhere each time. WE had to use our towels to soak up and I almost fell because of the wet floor. I was not informed that there was a $10 per day charge for parking. That was overpriced. You parked your own car, and I am handicapped and parking was all outside. Nothing the hotel did required such a high fee. The room was great and was quiet. We were on the 5th floor...

"Second time I stayed here. For the most part, a pretty good place to stay. Both times I have stayed in different rooms. Both needed the usb port fixed by the bed. This time, the sink faucet was loose. It worked. But I think maintenance needs to do a more thorough walk through more frequently in the rooms. Also, would like to have the same pillow options as in other hotels. The ones that are here are really soft. There are no other options. Staff was friendly and great!! Besides...

"Pros were excellent location, room was clean, and price was reasonable. Cons were there was very little water pressure in shower, no housekeeping service unless you make a specific request, the hallway music was too loud at night despite requests to turn it down. We have stayed there on previous occasions and would probably do so again. "
